Description
Chasa Uleiva is located in a sunny and peaceful area, right in the heart of the charming village of Samnaun-Compatsch.
The free Samnaun bus stops just a few steps from our house and takes you directly to the valley station, where you can access a ski area like no other
– and at the end of the day, you can ski right back to our doorstep.
A private parking space is available to you free of charge, as well as a lockable ski room.
Arrival is possible at any time of the day (key depot) – a code will be provided to you before your arrival.
The guest apartment has a private entrance and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a living area.
Restaurants, après-ski venues, shops, and the Alpenquell Pool are just a few minutes away.

Conditions/extras
The following services are to be paid directly:
- Winter visitor's tax: CHF 4.00 /day/person (children up to the age of 16 pay no visitor's tax)
- Visitor's tax summer: CHF 4.00 /day/person (includes all inclusive package with free use of the mountain railroads, local bus, weekly program according to the notice board and adventure pool with sauna area)
- Final cleaning: CHF 130.--
