We are located 2 km from the village Samnaun. Quiet location! 1 minute on foot to the ski bus stop, which will get you comfortably to the cable car or après ski. Fresh bread rolls will be delivered every morning to your doorstep on request.

The Samnaun Skibus - bus stop in front of the house - will get you comfortably in 1 minute to the valley station of the international ski arena Samnaun (CH) - Ischgl (A) After a demanding day on slopes, you can ski directly via the Samnaun or Laret route all the way down to the valley and take the bus in the shortest of time straight back to our house. With a world exclusivity, the double-decker cable railway for 180 passengers, you can reach the snow-safe skiing area with over 200 km slopes.
